Fajita Station – $9.00
-warm tortillas served with traditional accompaniments such as salsa, guacamole, sour cream, sautéed onions, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, jalapeños, shaved lettuce and choice of seasoned beef or chicken.  *Add baby shrimp for $2.00
 
International & Domestic Cheese Station with Fruit Garnish – $5.00
-chef’s selection of interesting and delicious cheese, served with crackers, breads and a selection of fruits.
 
Antipasti Station – $10.95
-chef’s selection of traditional Italian meats and cheeses, served with pickled vegetables, bread sticks, 
and sliced Italian bread with dipping oils.
 
New England Station – $7.00
-traditional creamy clam chowder, clam cakes and fried calamari
Add Oysters or Cherrystones to enhance your event!
 
Pasta Station – $10.00
Choice of Penne, Farfalle or Ziti,  with Marinara and Alfredo Sauce, assorted toppings like roasted red peppers, julienne zucchini,

broccoli, onions, mushrooms, spinach and cheese. 
Enhancements:  Grilled Chicken $2.00
