2017 Membership and Benefits Classifications

Classes of Membership shall include the following Club House benefits and privileges, subject to the completion of the application process.

Use of Club Dining Facilities with charging privileges

-Use of Fitness Facility at Club

-Host and sponsor banquet and functions using Club House facilities (except Junior Members)

-Spouse has Club House privileges

 

Golf Membership Benefits:

((Allowed a full round charged at regular greens fees ; plus a second round of golf for free; anytime but Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday before 1:00 pm, Friday before 11:00 am;  with up to three guests permitted – carts required)

New Full Golf Member 2018-2020  (3 year commitment)                                                                        $4,000

Eligibility requirements:

New Member

  • Enforceable 3 year commitment
  • Full golf privileges at Club without payment of greens fee (carts available and guests permitted with the payment of cart and guest fees)
  • Participation in member golf tournaments (additional fees apply)
  • Handicap & Weekend Tournaments ( additional annual fee $40 & $45, respectively)
  • Monthly Club Minimum ($125 per month, mandatory) (F&B, Cart Rentals, Proshop Merchandise, excludes Guest fees)
  • Bag storage services ($75 per year; mandatory)
  • One Locker (Additional Lockers $70 per year)
  • No Voting rights
  • No Assessments 2018-2020
  • Must pay by credit/debit card

New Full Golf Couples  Membership 2018-2020  (3 year commitment)                        $ 5500                                                                     

Eligibility requirements:

New Member

  • Benefits and rights for a Couple
  • Enforceable 3 year commitment
  • Full golf privileges at Club without payment of greens fee (carts available and guests permitted with the payment of cart and guest fees)
  • Participation in member golf tournaments (additional fees apply)
  • Handicap & Weekend Tournaments ( additional annual fees  $40 & $45, each respectively)
  • Monthly Club Minimum ($250 per month, mandatory) (F&B, Cart Rentals, Proshop Merchandise, excludes Guest fees)
  • Bag storage services ($ 150 per year; mandatory)
  • Two Locker’s (Additional Lockers $70 per year)
  • No Voting rights
  • No Assessments 2018-2020
  • Must pay by credit/debit card

Full Golf Member                           $5,750

  • Full golf privileges at Club without payment of greens fee (carts available and guests permitted with the payment of cart and guest fees)
  • Participation in member golf tournaments (additional fees apply)

New Intermediate Membership 2018-2020  (30-35) (3 year commitment)                                   $2,500

Intermediate Family Member  (30-35) (Husband & Wife, Domestic Partners  and all Children)           $4,500

  • Benefits and rights for Husband & Wife
  • Full golf privileges at Club without payment of greens fee (carts available and guests permitted with the payment of cart and guest fees
  • Participation in member golf tournaments (additional fees apply)
  • Handicap & Weekend Tournaments ( additional annual fee $40 & $45, respectively)
  • Monthly Club Minimum ($125 per month, mandatory) (F&B, Cart Rentals, Proshop Merchandise, excludes Guest fees)
  • Bag storage services ($150 per year; mandatory)

  • No voting rights

Golfing Member Plus (1 Golfer + Children)                     $5,950

  • Same benefits and rights as a Full Golf Member
  • Children are restricted to golf course under “Who Can Play When” rules, see below
  • Plus benefits for all children of Full Golf Members who meet one of the following:
    • Age eighteen (18) or younger
    • Full time student
    • Dependent on parents tax return

Family Member (Husband & Wife, Domestic Partners  and all Children)           $8,250

  • Benefits and rights for Husband & Wife
  • Full golf privileges at Club without payment of greens fee (carts available and guests permitted with the payment of cart and guest fees)
  • Participation in member golf tournaments (additional fees apply)
  • Handicap & Weekend Tournaments ( additional annual fee $40 & $45, respectively)
  • Monthly Club Minimum ($175 per month, mandatory) (F&B, Cart Rentals, Proshop Merchandise, excludes Guest fees)
  • Bag storage services ($150 per year; mandatory)
  • Children under this membership must meet one of the following:

  • Single billing account

Corporate Membership                                                                                                                               $10,000

  • This membership will allow a Corporation to list 3 individuals as golfing members, (1) being the primary and the other (2) as associates.  The two associates cannot be changed more than once annually unless approved by the BOG.
  • All 3 members will each have same golf privileges as a current “A” member
  • All Tournaments ( $45 each member)
  • 1 Vote per membership
  • 3 Lockers included (Additional Lockers $70 per year)
  • Monthly Club Minimum ($375/month mandatory) (F&B, Cart Rentals, Proshop Merchandise, excludes Guest fees)
  • Bag storage services for 3 members ($75 each member per year; mandatory)
  • Dining privileges will be allowed for up to 6 employees
  • All charges will be billed and paid by Corporation

Class B Membership                                                                                                                                      $4,175

  • Unlimited golf with restricted playing times on Friday (AM only before 12:00 pm).  Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays after 1:00 pm.   Monday after 11:00 am.   Tuesday and Thursday no restrictions.
  • Tournament play is restricted and subject to the approval of the Head Golf Professional, Tournament Committee, or Board of Governors, as appropriate
  • One Locker (Additional Lockers $70 per year)
  • Monthly Club Minimum ($125/month mandatory) (F&B, Cart Rentals, Proshop Merchandise, excludes Guest fees)
  • Bag storage services ($75 per year; mandatory)
  • No Voting rights

Junior Membership (17 and under)   $300

  • Available to anyone who meets one of the following:
  • Age seventeen (17) or younger
  • Full time college student under age 23
  • Dependent on parents tax return
  • Privileges as Restricted by the “Who Can Play When”  rules (see below)
  • Handicap & bag services (available at additional cost)
  • No voting rights
  • No charging privileges without parent/guardian authorization and credit card on file.

Golfing Social Membership                                                       $550

  • Full use of facilities at club except golf course (Allowed a full round charged at regular greens fees ; plus a second round of golf for free; anytime but Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday before 1:00 pm, Friday before 11:00 am;  with up to three guests permitted – carts required)
  • Full rounds can be split as follows:

Can play in Tuesday night league two times per month (and pay for the other two if they wish) or

Can play and pay similarly in the Couple’s nine-hole league to total four times per month

  • Monthly Club Minimum ($100/month, mandatory) (F&B, Cart Rentals, Proshop Merchandise, excludes Guest fees)
  • No voting rights
  • Annual dues due upon application acceptance and renewed annually on the acceptance date

 

Social Membership                 $250

  • Full use of facilities at club except golf course (One FULL round per month as a guest at prevailing guest rates, played with a golfing member and cart required)
  • No voting rights
  • Monthly Club Minimum ($100/month, mandatory) (F&B, Cart Rentals, Proshop Merchandise, excludes Guest fees)
  • Annual dues due upon application acceptance and renewed annually on the acceptance date

50 – Year Golf Member no cost

  • Available to members in good standing who have been members for fifty (50) consecutive years
  • Determined by the year in which member began paying Intermediate or Full dues
  • Years played on Junior or Junior Plus memberships excluded
  • Full golf privileges at Club without payment of green fees
  • (carts available and guests permitted with the payment of cart and guest fee)
  • Participation in member golf tournaments
  • Handicap & bag storage services (available at additional cost)
  • No voting rights
  • Monthly Club Minimum ($100/month, mandatory)(F&B, Cart Rentals, Proshop Merchandise, excludes Guest fees)

50 – Year Social Member             no cost

  • Available to members in good standing who have been members for fifty (50) consecutive years
  • Determined by the year in which member began paying Intermediate or Full dues
  • Years played on Junior or Junior Plus excluded
  • Full use of facilities at club except golf course
  • Golf privileges limited to twice a month with payment of green fees for the first round and the second round being included in membership
  • No voting rights
  • Monthly Club Minimum ($100/month, mandatory)(F&B, Cart Rentals, Proshop Merchandise, excludes Guest fees)
